AJ is our Cosmetic Director at SDC. Bringing her 16 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with 6 years as a Cosmetic Director. She leads our cosmetic team at Saskatoon Dermatology Centre with a unique blend of clinical expertise, business-building knowledge and a passion for patient care. With a deep passion for the art and science of skincare, AJ has been building our cosmetic services, brand building, and driving the growth of our practice.
As a seasoned medical aesthetician, she brings her expertise of laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, Bela MD, microneedling, skincare knowledge and assisting the doctors, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care. Her vision and leadership have not only improved our service offerings but have also fostered a culture of continuous learning and innovation within our team.
Passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin, AJ thrives on solving the unique puzzle each individual presents. Her dedication to both patient satisfaction and the growth of our practice make her an invaluable asset to the Saskatoon Dermatology Centre team.

Jessica
Jessica RN, is one of our skilled nurse injectors. She has been an cosmetic injector for 2.5 years and specializes in lip fillers.
Jessica is recognized by the CRNS and earned her certificate for advanced injectables last June.
Jessica's passion for cosmetics began with a make-up artistry diploma in 2008 and has since expanded to various roles in the industry, including laser technician and physician assistant at a medical spa.

Claudia
Claudia is a 2x certified aesthetician, first earning her title in Vancouver, BC in 2018 and continued in the industry until she expanded her knowledge and earned her medical aesthetician title in 2023.
Claudia’s entry into the industry began with her own skin struggles, and now she is passionate about educating and helping others through theirs. Specializing in advanced treatments and results-driven skincare, she blends clinical knowledge with a warm, client-centred approach to support each person’s unique skin journey.
Whether addressing acne, aging concerns, or overall skin health, she focuses on education and evidence-based care to help clients achieve radiant, confident skin.

Dr. Kyle Cullingham
BSc, BA, MSc, MD, FRCPC, Dermatologist
Dr Cullingham graduated from the University of Western Ontario with his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the University of Manitoba prior to attending Medical School at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
He completed his residency training at the University of Saskatchewan, University of Alberta and University of Calgary and successfully passed his Royal College exam in Dermatology in 2016.
He is a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, American Academy of Dermatology, and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He is also the President of the Saskatchewan Dermatology Association.
He is very passionate about patient care and travelling having been to more than 50 countries.
Dr Cullingham is the founder and Medical Director of the Saskatoon Dermatology Centre.

Dr. Irina Oroz
MD, DABD, FRCPC, Dermatologist
Dr. Irina Oroz, MD, FRCPC, DABD, FAAD is a Canadian Dermatologist, academic leader, and national voice in dermatologic education and advocacy. She holds multiple designations, including Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Dermatology, Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
With a practice focused on complex medical dermatology—including lupus, hidradenitis suppurativa, eczema, and psoriasis—as well as cutaneous oncology and surgery and cosmetic dermatology, her work is attuned to the complex needs of patients across the prairie provinces.
She completed her medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan and dermatology residency at the University of Alberta, with additional advanced training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology across Canada, the United States, and Australia
Dr. Oroz has been an Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan since 2018. Her passion for medical education extends to the national level, where she has served as Co-Chair of the Science–Physiology–Therapeutics (SPoT) Program since 2021.
In addition to her academic and clinical roles, she is actively involved in leadership at both provincial and national levels. She is the current President and co-founder of the Saskatchewan Dermatology Association, represents Dermatology on the Saskatchewan Medical Association’s Intersectional Council, and serves on the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Specialty Committee in Dermatology. She is also an active member of the Canadian Dermatology Association’s Sun Awareness Working Group, Membership and Stakeholders Committee, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Board.
Dr. Oroz has a strong background in research, contributing to multiple publications and conference presentations, and is actively involved in clinical trials. She serves as a frequent reviewer for the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery and has contributed to the dermatology section of RxFiles in both writing and editing capacities. A notable publication includes the discovery of a novel EVER1 gene polymorphism in epidermodysplasia verruciformis, and she is actively involved in the Canadian Acne Guidelines Project.
A nationally recognized speaker, Dr. Oroz is passionate about education across all levels of care. She delivers teaching to dermatologists, family physicians, and allied health professionals both nationally and regionally, and is a strong advocate for patient education. She has lectured widely on the role of dermatologists in leveraging social media to combat misinformation and improve access to evidence-based care, and frequently collaborates with television, print, and digital media to advance public understanding of skin health.

Dr. Cecilia Siegling
MD
Dr. Siegling completed her medical degree at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Since moving to Canada in 2002, she has worked as a family physician in Nipawin, Prince George, and Saskatoon. As she has always had a passion for dermatology, she was excited when an opportunity presented itself for her to change her scope of practice to general physician with a focus on skin conditions. She has furthered her studies by obtaining a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in Wales. Dr. Siegling is thrilled to be part of the team at the Saskatoon dermatology Centre where she is able to help patients with their dermatological needs whether they be medical or cosmetic.
When not in clinic, Dr. Siegling, a busy mother of three children, enjoys the simple country life on her acreage. She loves working outside in her yard and garden, tending to her animals and baking.
