
Dr. Kyle Cullingham
BSc, BA, MSc, MD, FRCPC, Dermatologist
Dr Cullingham graduated from the University of Western Ontario with his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the University of Manitoba prior to attending Medical School at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
He completed his residency training at the University of Saskatchewan, University of Alberta and University of Calgary and successfully passed his Royal College exam in Dermatology in 2016.
He is a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, American Academy of Dermatology, and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He is also the President of the Saskatchewan Dermatology Association.
He is very passionate about patient care and travelling having been to more than 50 countries.
Dr Cullingham is the founder and Medical Director of the Saskatoon Dermatology Centre.

Dr. Irina Oroz
MD, DABD, FRCPC, Dermatologist
Dr. Irina Oroz, MD, FRCPC, DABD, FAAD is a Canadian dermatologist, academic leader, and national voice in dermatologic education and advocacy. She holds multiple designations, including Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Dermatology, Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
With a practice focused on complex medical dermatology—including lupus, hidradenitis suppurativa, eczema, and psoriasis—as well as cutaneous oncology and surgery and cosmetic dermatology, her work is attuned to the complex needs of patients across the prairie provinces.
She completed her medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan and dermatology residency at the University of Alberta, with additional advanced training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology across Canada, the United States, and Australia
Dr. Oroz has been an Assistant Professor at the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan since 2018. Her passion for medical education extends to the national level, where she has served as Co-Chair of the Science–Physiology–Therapeutics (SPoT) Program since 2021.
In addition to her academic and clinical roles, she is actively involved in leadership at both provincial and national levels. She is the current President and co-founder of the Saskatchewan Dermatology Association, represents Dermatology on the Saskatchewan Medical Association’s Intersectional Council, and serves on the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Specialty Committee in Dermatology. She is also an active member of the Canadian Dermatology Association’s Sun Awareness Working Group, Membership and Stakeholders Committee, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Board.
Dr. Oroz has a strong background in research, contributing to multiple publications and conference presentations, and is actively involved in clinical trials. She serves as a frequent reviewer for the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery and has contributed to the dermatology section of RxFiles in both writing and editing capacities. A notable publication includes the discovery of a novel EVER1 gene polymorphism in epidermodysplasia verruciformis, and she is actively involved in the Canadian Acne Guidelines Project.
A nationally recognized speaker, Dr. Oroz is passionate about education across all levels of care. She delivers teaching to dermatologists, family physicians, and allied health professionals both nationally and regionally, and is a strong advocate for patient education. She has lectured widely on the role of dermatologists in leveraging social media to combat misinformation and improve access to evidence-based care, and frequently collaborates with television, print, and digital media to advance public understanding of skin health.

Dr. Jodi Parent
MD CCFP Pg Dip in Dermatology
Dr. Jodi Parent completed her Bachelor of Science, Medical Degree and Family Medicine residency through the University of Saskatchewan. She then went on to further her interest in dermatology by obtaining a Diploma in Practical Dermatology through Cardiff university.
In addition, Dr. Parent has a leadership role in the medical education program at the University of Saskatchewan. When not working Dr. Parent is busy with her family of 3 kids and she enjoys golfing, camping and hiking.

Dr. Cecilia Siegling
MD
Dr. Siegling completed her medical degree at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Since moving to Canada in 2002, she has worked as a family physician in Nipawin, Prince George, and Saskatoon. As she has always had a passion for dermatology, she was excited when an opportunity presented itself for her to change her scope of practice to general physician with a focus on skin conditions. She has furthered her studies by obtaining a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in Wales. Dr. Siegling is thrilled to be part of the team at the Saskatoon dermatology Centre where she is able to help patients with their dermatological needs whether they be medical or cosmetic.
When not in clinic, Dr. Siegling, a busy mother of three children, enjoys the simple country life on her acreage. She loves working outside in her yard and garden, tending to her animals and baking.

Kathy
Kathy is the friendly face and guiding hand behind our clinic’s smooth operations. With over 20 years of experience in both family medicine and working alongside various specialists, Kathy has a deep understanding of what makes a healthcare team thrive. Her genuine care for our team ensures that everyone feels happy and valued in their roles, and she goes the extra mile to make sure our patients feel comfortable and truly seen when they visit us.
As our Medical Office Manager, Kathy wears many hats. She’s not only the go-to person for HR matters but also the one who handles all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our clinic running like clockwork. Working closely with our owner and doctors, Kathy’s tireless efforts are focused on growing our medical team and making our clinic the best it can be.
Kathy’s warmth, dedication, and unwavering support are at the heart of what makes our clinic a welcoming place for both staff and patients alike. She’s more than just a manager—she’s the compassionate spirit that keeps us all connected and thriving.

Elizabeth
Elizabeth has been a valued member of our dermatology clinic since 2022. A 2021 graduate, she quickly found her niche in patient care and has flourished in her role as Patient Care Coordinator over the past three years. Though naturally introverted, she enjoys spending her time outdoors whether it's going for a run, hiking, or simply soaking in nature.
Her journey in dermatology began as a job, but quickly became a true passion. Over the years, she has gained extensive knowledge about skincare and treatments, and has genuinely fallen in love with the field. Patients appreciate her calm, friendly demeanour and the genuine care she brings to every interaction. She is committed to making each patient feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their skincare journey.

Mrythel
Myrthel is one of the warm and welcoming faces at Saskatoon Dermatology Centre. With a background in hospitality, pharmacy, and plasma collection, she brings a wealth of experience in patient care. Having been with SDC for about a year, Myrthel is passionate about ensuring every patient feels valued and supported from the moment they walk through the doors. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach make her an integral part of the team, always ready to assist with a smile.

Alyssa
Alyssa joined the Saskatoon Dermatology Centre Team in January 2025 eager to learn and to become a welcoming face at the front desk as a Patient Care Coordinator. With her past job experience in different health care settings, as well as an empathetic outlook for each patient, she has become an asset to the Saskatoon Dermatology team. She has an interest in learning about all areas in the medical field as well as the cosmetic industry and is happy to help each patient with whatever needs they come to our office for.

Maureen
Maureen brings over 15 years of nursing experience across a wide variety of healthcare settings. Passionate about lifelong learning, she is always eager to explore new areas within the field of healthcare.
One of the most impactful chapters of her journey was spending several years in East Africa, where she had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of medical specialists, including those in dermatology. That experience deepened her clinical skills and broadened her global perspective on patient care.
Outside of her passion for health, she can most often be found at the hockey rink, cheering on her son.
She is thrilled to be part of the incredible team at Saskatoon Dermatology as a nurse and the Biologic Coordinator. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to providing exceptional patient care.

With a background in daycare and airport operations, she brings a unique blend of patience, efficiency, and organization to her role. Jessica ensures that every patient is guided smoothly through their appointments, making their experience as seamless and comfortable as possible.
